Below is an overview of what our Drupal Support Plans look like:

Kick Off:

  • Support project is set up in our internal tracking system
  • Determine hours allotted for support
  • Developer(s) is assigned
  • Kick off meeting to review site, make introductions and create a laundry list of support tasks / development projects for upcoming week(s)

Workflow:

  • Client submits ticket through email
  • Developer responds and completes the task within 4-48 hours
  • Should the task not be time sensitive, or require additional information, the developer works with the client to set timelines for completion
  • If the ticket is larger than 6 hours (like a mini project, such a homepage redesign) we provide an quote and obtain approval before moving forward
